at a Council Meeting

Fill out the form below to speak to Council. Please note:

  • There is a maximum of 10 speakers per meeting.
  • Speakers will have five minutes to speak.
  • If your item is scheduled for an upcoming Public Hearing, you will not be able to speak at this time; please sign up when the Public Hearing is advertised
  • If you want to show a presentation, send it to clerks@newwestcity.ca by noon on the Friday before the meeting.

You may choose to speak to Council either virtually by joining the Zoom webinar, or in-person in the Council Chamber at City Hall. We encourage virtual participation, as seating is limited in the Council Chamber.
